If you are a broker or you have a referral, at Harbour View Capital, we encourage you to submit the transaction to us for preview. For any deal that we fund, we always pay top referral and commission fees. Please keep in mind that if the transaction is larger, we will need to work directly with your client. However, we will never forget that the deal is your deal. If that client ever returns to us in the future, regardless of whether or not we funded their deal, we will provide you with notice. We do this to ensure that the relationships we develop with brokers and referrals are protected.
